Program
Customs and Border Protection has released version 0.1.7 of the Cargo
Truck and Identification Barcode Cover Sheet (CAT ID) program.
This is a pre-release version of the software for use in the pilot program.
It can be downloaded here. For best
results, extract the files by double clicking on the downloaded file.
Then burn the files to a CD, or copy them to the root directory of a
hard drive or USB key.

has provided a form to be used for reporting the facts of a self-reporting
incident should one occur. That form is available as a PDF file

in Spanish.
