Leica TL BFDF
The
direct, transmitted-light bright field is available for studying stained
amplitude specimens with sufficient contrast. And of course the new
high-performance TL BFDF transmitted-light base also offers versatile
options. The light rays can be deflected through the object from steep to
flat and a high or low degree of diffusion can be selected. For example, if
the light rays are
deflected absolutely vertically through the object, an exact bright field
with maximum brightness is created. The specimen appears with full contrast
and in natural color on a bright, homogenous background.
